yea those are corrugated plastic pipes. they could technically float away, but not likely i'd guess

I do too, in Shenandoah. Rag says it's out at his house in White Oak. I've had a few recent flickers, but never lost it since about 11:00, and only for 5 minutes then.

it's mostly just heavy rain by us, with some wind and occasional gusts. Our power went out for a minute or two and came back on again about half an hour ago. It hasn't got to the scary point yet.
