you're not an authority on the subject as far as I know. I've always ran the A/C and never had a problem before...
These are the situations that complexes have ins. for you know...

You're welcome. AC's don't like fluctuating current.

But what I'm worried about is you know those ditches on E Boyd right by the fence to U View? Well they are putting a sidewalk over those now, and they have put in pipes and filled in the remaining space with land. Those ditches used to be wide open and would still flood. Now they are at like half-capacity. I'm a bit nervous for my car

Lost power in Rolling Meadow off of stumberg. Hopefully it won't be out too long because of the new hospital and the Entergy CEO lives in my neighborhood.

Now STFU and let me enjoy the hurricane, crook.

If you were my tenant and you blew the AC compressor intentionally by leaving it on when the power is going on and off, I would refuse to repair it unless you paid half.
In this case, I would have to advise him to move out and find a new place because you breached the contract for failing to fix the A/C.

No major updates. Major band working from lp to ebr at present. Storm picking up momentum, but not intensity

I could just do a search for a repairman, have him fix it at a reasonable cost, then take a credit on my next month's rent.
(I JUST finished Sales and Leases a month ago
