If you were my tenant and you blew the AC compressor intentionally by leaving it on when the power is going on and off, I would refuse to repair it unless you paid half.

I'm in U View but my family is back in Mandeville. Mom just sent me pictures of our neighborhood flooding. So far the water isn't near the houses, but it's been creeping up since before the storm hit. The Tchefuncte river lines our neighborhood.
