I read the arrival in Baton Rouge is happening later than expected but the newspaper paper didn't say when. What time is Baton Rouge getting full effects?

Who knows. I honestly have no clue, but with the way this thing stalled over NOLA and SELA I can't imagine that it will be as bad as it could have been, but totally uneducated guess.
