I just called and spoke with someone- they are aware thankfully... so just hit the quarter for fried food then to blacksmith shop till further notice..

I'm wondering how often they are updating the outage website. If I start to see progress on the westbank, I'm heading in. Even if it takes 2 hours to get there.

FWIW every report I've gotten:

Jeff parish on top of shite, trees cleared etc.....


Orleans Parish.....shite still everywhere, trees still down etc

About two months ago I was sitting Lafitte's on a Sunday morning. A cop in uniform walks in and asks, "Is this Bourbon St.?"

I could only laugh. Only in Chocolate City.
