Who in Baton Rouge would be a good crew to call to take out some bamboo?

I'm in Southdowns and have a couple of large clumps of bamboo I'd like to have dug up and removed.

No idea, but good luck. Hopefully it's clump bamboo and not running because with running you can probably have them dig up your entire yard and that damn bamboo would still come back.

That's pretty much why I said "large clumps".

Hows your Home Depot parking lot looking these days?

Lacking in equipment and the ability to remove from the site.

I want this shite gone.

Teal season starts soon, post on the Outdoor Board that you’re looking to get rid of some prime “duck blind” material for free!

any landscaper that owns a mini ex can do it but I’d wait until winter when they slow down. You gotta get it all though…any rhizomes left will resprout

Can you tell them to deliver to Eunice when they are done? I could use some more. I love bamboo.

I'd call Samson Services: LINK

Tell them that you want winter (Jan, Feb) work to cut, haul off and remediate.

The DIY route is doable but lengthy. 1-use a cargo strap and ratchet to secure a clump of stems and cut with chainsaw as close to ground as you can... clump after clump after clump. 2- rent or hire a stump grinder to remove rhizomes...discard ground material to limit resprouting.
