riiiiight…

my house has been paid for a decade now and still fully insured and thank god for that. I’ve had three wind claims since that last payment.

Due to inflation the replacement cost estimates are up that is why the insurance is going up. You can call them to reduce dwelling coverages to a certain extent to lower note.

They would not due that for me this year. Inflation, blah blah excuses. Told me only thing they could do is make my deductible higher to lower rate but I’m grandfathered in with flat 1000$ deductible even for hurricane
