Rough Estimate to change out two ceiling fans and two lights

I have calls into 3 electricians for a rough estimate price to change out two outdoor ceiling fans and two outdoor entrance lights. Trying to prepare myself for a price range.
Currently have working ceiling fans and lights already there, just going with a better fan and different style lights.
Anyone have a rough guess how much this should run?

I mean.. Can you turn a screwdriver or twist an electrical cap?
I would not attempt rewiring anything or any tricky electrical work but 99% of these fixtures are 2 wires, a ground and a metal bracket. If the ceiling fan includes a separate circuits for lights you might have 4 wires instead. Take a pic with your phone before disconnecting anything just in case.
You're more likely to run into trouble with the weight of the fan after you pull than anything electrical.
Just make sure the breaker is flipped and then it's easy.

Man, do that stuff yourself. Just make sure the breakers are off and get busy.
Ceiling fan swap outs are a snap as are changing out light fixtures. Even if you don't know what you are doing, after seeing some u-tube videos it shouldn't take but a couple hours time and you get to learn how to do stuff for yourself.

You could train a monkey to this......but itd probably be cheaper to do it yourself.

$150.00 to $300.00 bucks if your going to pay somebody.

Trip fee (varies by company), $70-$90 per fan, $30-$40 per light.
As others have said, do it yourself. As long as you know which breaker controls the circuit, that's a pretty easy project. The lights especially.

A fan is about 30 min at the most and most of that is just putting the thing together.
A light is maybe 10 min.

Yep. Lights are a snap. The ceiling fans pose a little more challenge since you have to assemble much of it out the box, but if you follow instructions, it really isn't hard.
Just do as much assembly on the ground as possible to not have to do as much up on a ladder.

Nut up and do it yourself. Might impress the wife, and you know damn well what that means. Only problem is it will take something a little more difficult to get that feeling in her loins again.

i've changed out 417 almond-colored outlets to white and i can attest she was thrilled for about the first 10 then it became "why the hell are there still yellow outlets in such-an-such room?"

Well you should have stopped at 10, got what you needed, then go back to work. I just built my wife a butlers pantry, even though we are OT poor and have no butler, and I was lucky to get a 5 minute message out of her. The whole time she wanted to discuss flooring color and choices for the kitchen!!!

damn i'm still not hearing the end of picking the bathtub and LED mirror. i backed off on the tile and said i wont so much as say that word unless she is with me.
i dont care if she wants to put shiplac on the ceiling and tile the walls or whatever. she gets 100% of the responsibilty here.

I have the handyman skills of a girl, but was able to install 2 ceiling fans by myself.
what I learned was:
Do not use the screws that come with the new fan, instead go to the hardware store and get some hexagon bolts that you can drive with a socket wrench.
You need to cut the wires so you don't have a huge ball of tangled excess wire in the ceiling fixture.
You need a ladder about a foot taller than you think.
