That is freakin nice, tiddles. I love the shutters and may eventually add some to my cooking area.

Did someone in lafayette make your shutters? I've got a similar setup and would like to close off the openings occasionally. I envisioned a set of 3-4 shutters attached using a top rail that you could slide to one edge and they would fold against one other. Are yours hinged and will they fold or just Bahama style kick out?

My outdoor kitchen is a 50th story pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay. I don't want to make you baws jealous so I won't post pictures.

thanks, opening them up surprisingly allows more breeze to move through Thani would have anticipated

Bahama style, they are either closed or propped out as seen in the pictures. I believe it was Architectural Windows-Doors & Millwork who built and installed them.
