How’d you get a mattress in your attic?
Have a large attic space above the garage with stairs and normal door access from my boat port

Latex is the way to go. Go to a brick and mortar and try the different softness levels. They stay cool and hold their shape. I will never go back to another type of mattress

Sorry to bump an old thread, but im officially in the Mattress market. My back has been killing me and our 9 year old mattress has indentions in it.
Couple of things, we're looking at the Caspers.
Am I thinking like a crazy person for wanting the hybrid because the springs would provide more support? Or is the All Foam good enough?
What about the return policy? How simple is it? I live in a pretty rural area, so the idea of them coming to pick it up if I don't like it is very intriguing, but is it actually that simple?
Any other suggestions other than Casper?

All foam was definitely NOT suitable for the two bad backs in my household. We both hated it & replaced it pretty quickly. Bought a hybrid, and I'll likely be replacing it with another hybrid. Of course, YMMV depending on how you sleep, size, weight, etc.

I have a Casper Nectar and Bear. EVERYONE who sleeps on the Bear asks about it

We have a Casper and love it. Been great for last 4 years or so. I recommend it often and everyone really likes it. Have heard good reviews from Purple as well.

I’ve done a ton of research on mattresses here lately. Mattress underground is a great resource to understand what makes a long lasting comfortable bed. I tried a bed in a box and it was great at first but I’m about to toss it and it’s 3 years old.
I’ll be buying my new mattress form wholesale mattress and factory on Florida. They actually make the mattress there in an ugly little warehouse but they have great reviews and they are well spoken of on here. We’re fortunate in br to have several local manufacturers.

We have Sleep Number and enjoy it. Non tilting frame. It's nice to be able to adjust the pressures for different situations.

going with a Saatva
had a bad experience with them. ordered the luxury plush and it was too firm. spent money to replace and return for the plush soft and it was delivered looking like a homeless person slept on it. refused it got refunded for the luxury plush and kept it in the guest room for a few years then sold it on offer up. guess i got a free mattress out of it so maybe not that bad of an experience.

The old dude is legit....he lives, eats and sleeps mattresses.
I had the “Cadillac” as hell calls it pre-flood and I miss it. Post flood we went to the Saatva and I don’t have an issue with it but after 1.5 years the wife is complaining about it.
You won’t be disappointed with the mattress from Wholesale Mattress at all.

I've had a Sleep Number since last May and like it a lot more than the Temperpedic it replaced. Changing the firmness based on how you're feeling is really nice.

So after about 2 days of research, watching reviews and reading different articles we went with the Helix. I narrowed it down to WinkBed, Casper, Helix and Avacado. Based on the kind of sleeper my wife and I are, decided to go with the Helix. Hope it's good!

that's insane that you wouldn't even consider the sleep number. What's so bad about being able to adjust the firmness on each side as desired?

My Parents had a sleep number at their lakehouse in one of the guest rooms that we've slept in before and hated it. Got to a point to where if we went there we would sleep in the bunk beds to avoid the Sleep Number.

We have a nectar and love it. I guess I'm in the minority though. We came from a Serta pillow top that felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The nectar has good support and doesn't sleep as hot as the Serta did
Of course, I loved the purple we laid on in the store but my wife didn't like it
