I have a Honda HRN and love it. Rear wheel self propel is awesome.

EGO POWER+ Select Cut 56-volt 21-in Self-propelled Cordless Lawn Mower 7.5 Ah (Battery Included)

I love mine. Cuts nicely and comes with a mulching blade and different attachments to specifically mulch or side eject clippings. It will run the battery harder if you're going through dense grass but will cut it no problem. Very easy to maintain. Compact storage. I've had mine for at least 2 years and have had no issues. I've got a few pieces of EGO equipment so being able to swap between batteries is great. The warranties on the battery and mower are very appealing.

If you want to go full EGO, get the multi-head system that comes with an edger and weed eater.

Honda. This is one you don’t want to over think or regret.

I went from Honda to Ego. Both run great, the wife will use the Ego, she rarely touched the Honda. It is nice to just trim while she mows and everything is done quickly.

Like others have said, get a Honda or at least something with a Honda engine in it.

Honda. As long as you change the oil every couple of years, it will last you forever.

Honda is the answer, plus this year is your last chance with them exiting the lawn mower business

I plan on buying another Honda since their exiting the industry. I love my Ego Trimmer and Blower but not ready to go that route on the mower.

Is it just me or does that edger or most edgers in general suck? I find that just turning the weedeater is better even if lines aren't perfect.

ETA: I've also got the Honda. It's fantastic.

I have the EGO Powerhead with carbon fiber pole and the actual reel is a weird shape so I don't like trying to do it with my weedeater. I watched my neighbor use the actual edger and it is very easy and smooth with no worries.

We had a Toro engine mower before we went electric. Loved it but I always had running issues that I didn't feel like messing with. We switched to EGO for storage capability and not having to take a smelly gas can around.
