Any ideas on how I can repair these foam style rafts without making it look ghetto like straight duct tape, etc?

Any adhesives or any suggestions that might work. ?

Try epoxy. Should hold up in water

I would try an automotive urethane-based adhesive. Waterproof, great holding strength.

Can't say I've ever had much luck gluing foam together and it lasting very long.

Might try an oversized sewing needle with some medium string. Maybe in addition to some glue too.

I would try contact cement. Just make sure it doesn't eat the foam before you start a full repair.

Finish out this summer with those 2 and have Santa bring you 2 new ones for next year. Save the headache.
