It’s been hot in South LA but the humidity/dewpoint has been manageable. The breeze was nice today.

I agree. as long as you're wet from sweat, evaporative cooling keeps you able to work all day.

A pleasant surprise for sure. Not going to do any favors to the plants that are parched though.

I'm 190 miles south of Houma in the GoA. It's humid but breezy. Partly cloudy prolly about 85-87 degrees. The deck temp yesterday with a temp gun was 177 degrees.

The high yesterday was 77 and the low this morning was 63. It was cloudy and windy. But everything will be getting hot again in a few days. The highs will be in the mid 90's and the lows in the mid 70's. There is no rain in the forecast.

It's hot as a two dick rooster.

Spent half the day installing a gable fan in my shop yesterday to cool it off in there some.

Low ‘90s and dry as a bone….honestly, exactly what you would expect from an august day.
