Highly recommend Butch Rea with Rea construction. All he does is remodels and is very meticulous and his subs are always the first on his jobs because he pays them on time.

do not go with someone that you will have emotional attachment to (friendships). Sometimes my employees have great days. Sometimes one might not have such a good day, and he ends up leaving tools out that a kid can throw through a window.

I walked him out of my house at that point because he could have frickin told me that before I took time off of work to meet him. None of the other contractors who bid the job requested payment to give me a bid.
