Looks good but I prefer a little darker myself. Nice job.

The oak trim is a bit darker. I didn't want a darker floor to take away from the trim, ect.
This is a oak door that I built. The trim thru the house is the same. Besides, the living/kitchen area has oak wainscoting too.
Also have dark oak post and beams in the house.

Did the first coat in the living room.
I did split the room from the kitchen area to make it easier on me.

Are you leaving the trim the same color/finish as it currently is? Totally subjective opinion but they seem to "fight" a bit.

Yes, the wainscoting has a satin finish. Still have the baseboards to install too! Still up in the wind to do a satin finish on this floor.

Got some sanding to do some time today. Got to sand under the toe kick space under the kitchen cabinets. Had to go out and buy a tool just for that. 
Going to leave the 4th coat done till I get three coats done in the kitchen area.

Much time on the knees and sanding , I got the first coat done in the kitchen area done. And yes, there are a shite load more to get to that point.
If one looks very close at the bases of the beams, one can see the difference of the coatings. I did sand flair it out to be able to match things.
On a side note, Flooring that is done is turning darker which I want. Only time will tell.

Second coat down.
Just hope it dries today. It's raining and it takes moving air to get it to cure out. I have a window open in the living room and a big fan outside the back door pulling air thru. Don't know what the moisture is going to do.
