Anyone ever buy a HELIX mattress…. I’m looking for a cooling mattress.

Can’t help with the mattress but I have Molecule sheets & I notice a difference in between them & other sheets

I think the best cooling mattresses are going to be tempur pedics with their active cooling tech.
I was debating on getting the Helix Midnight Elite but decided against it. Saw good things about it online though.

I don’t have a helix mattress, but instead bought a ceiling fan and mounted it directly above my bed.

Change your sheets. I have a Zinus, and have for years, and the sheets make the most difference over any foam mattress. You want low thread counts, not high.

This is good advice. Lightweight, breathable sheets, make a big difference.
As for the blanket, think layers. You'd be better off with a thin blanket that you can add more onto if it gets cold than a heavy blanket that traps all the heat.

This is what I do as well. My wife takes it to the extreme. 3 Pillows to build her fort to sleep in, heating pad on her back, fleece type blanket on top of her, then a sheet, then the duvet, then a quilt, and then asks me if the air is running because she is hot. Yeah, you've decked yourself out to sleep in December and its August, you're going to be hot. Meanwhile I've got a thin sheet and the thin duvet and I'm fine.
