16 x 25, 4 inch thick, 3000 psi with rebar. Alumni wood patio cover, covering same area coming off the house. So roughly 4k for the concrete slab and 9.6k for patio cover.
What yall think? To much?

Not in 2022.
Would have been half that three years ago.

Would’ve been 1/3 of that 10 years ago. You want it? Buy it. You could be dead in a year. Enjoy life.

Screw that price. That is wealth killing behavior.

Estimator here
I just did a quick calc, id have quoted the foundation and rebar at about 5.5k.
Do you know the rough pounds of steel for the roof?

Dont know the steel. Its cat 2 wind resistant and 10 year warranty. Makes me think it should be fairly solid.

Either way, i dont think the price is crazy, seems pretty fair in this market

Nope.
The material it takes to make that is super high right now.
Plus, they are gonna charge you 40% on material and labor plus percent and fees on any equipment they use

Funny enough, I just got a quote for the same thing.
18'x25'slab and metal cover with wood posts. $3.6k for the slab, and $6k for the patio. $9,600 total.

Holy sweet baby Jesus
I had a 12x12 patio poured extra 2 years ago and it costed us 1.5k.
Prices absolutely suck now. Sleepy joe can suck one!

Less the concrete, it's costing me $600 to build one myself.
Wife wanted rocks instead of concrete.

Patio cover is outrageous, concrete is pretty well priced.

That's a FMV quote. Concrete just went up to $130 per yard plus a fuel charge per truck.

We're thinking of doing something similar. What type are you planning on using?
