Why does clicking a link when a page finishes loading take me to the wrong board/thread?

I assume it has something to with the page still loading but it seems to have gotten worse over time. I'm wondering if the problem is on my end or happens to everyone. I may try using a different mobile browser if it's just me. I'm tired of ending up on the food board.

I'm having the same issue with this site. It takes 3 or 4 tries sometimes to get in what I'm trying to click on.
I thought it was my phone, but I don't have that issue on other sites. I'm using the desktop version on mobile. I prefer it over the mobile layout.

I keep having the boards auto refresh or something, so all of my unread links show as read and then I have to sit and comb through. Whack!

I can even zoom in so close that the only thing visible is what I'm trying to click and it still clicks things not even on my screen.

Yep. It happens frequently that I end up on a board that wasn't on my screen when I clicked a link

It's been happening a lot to me too. Chrome on mobile.
Like I'll click on a thread title and you can see it highlight a thread that's 3 or 4 spaces above it and it takes me to the thread I didn't click on. I thought my screen on this old Galaxy phone might be going out, but it doesn't do that on other sites. Glad to know it isn't just me.
