Your Go To Chicken/Meat Recipe

For the past for the past few years my go to meat has been rotisserie chicken for convenience, but I am sick of it.
In college it was George Foreman'd chicken breasts.
What is everyone's go to chicken or meat recipe?

Beef and sausage with rice and beans.

Large pepperoni and olive pizza with ranch and a cold beer. Works like a charm.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts tossed in extra virgin olive oil and then rubbed with some seasoning. For ground beef I'll season it with burger spices then toss them in my hands into quarter lb patties and throw them on the grill.

I like cutting breasts into strips and cooking in the air fryer. There are lots of seasonings you can throw on it to keep it from getting old. Carribiean jerk is my favorite.

Throw a few lbs of boneless chicken breasts in the crock pot. Hit it with some spices and such. Let it cook for 6-8 hours and pull it. Mix it up with some Buffalo sauce.
Generally eat it plain with some random veggies on the side, or throw it in a wrap with some spinach/avocado if I'm feeling crazy. Easy. Delicious.

How advanced are your cooking skills? If you know how to braise/smother, pretty much any protein on earth becomes decadent.
Season and brown, remove chicken, throw in your onion/garlic, brown those, deglaze with broth, return chicken to pot, cover, put into 350 oven and let slowly cook in the liquid until cooked through and tender. Or you can cook it on low on the stove covered. You can even take the chicken out one more time once done and reduce the sauce as thick as you want.
You can even cheater-braise. Brown seasoned chicken, remove, brown onion and garlic, deglaze with broth, and then throw the entire thing into the crock pot on low.

Chicken Breasts.
Brine defrosted chicken breasts in a bag in saltwater/tenderizer/etc for an hour.
Dry off and coat with olive oil and Uncle Buds rub(any rub/spices are fine).
Lay em down on foil on a cookie sheet.
10 min on 450. Flip em.
8-9 min more(you can top with some onions or cheeses or brush with goodie juices you like in last few min).
This is a tried and true recipe I found a few years on Pinterest to shake up the meal prep of plain ole baked chicken.
It's fast and tender as frick.
