from what I read back when, I think glutamine has its place when people are cutting and not getting the same amount of protein they're used to
but I remember years ago when people talked about it like it was the ultimate recovery tool

There is zero evidence glutamine is effective. It's pure bro-science. As I said earlier, if anything Leucine is the necessary supplement. Every collegiate strength coach I've worked with shared these thoughts.

In studies of otherwise healthy humans given glutamine supplementation, it does not appear to enhance the rates of muscle protein synthesis

How do you like that nitraflex?

BCAA only so I don't workout fasted
Protein powder if I don't have time to cook post workout. I use it to meet macros not for any special effecta
But that's it
The rest are just overpriced placebos and a total waste of money. Truly the only supplement you need is iron - pick it up and put it back down again

So you'd say creatine is useless and only provides placebo benefits?

So, according to the science:
Take Luecin.
Psyllium twice a day.
Two tbsps of apple cider vinegar before big meals.
And C3G.
Do I have that right?

My supplement "schedule" is
fish oils and Vitamin D pills in the morning with breakfast.
Preworkout- ON preworkout
Intraworkout - BCAA's
Post workout - whey protein in a shake (with almond milk, almond butter, creatine, banana)
Dinner - I take a Vegetable supplement that gives me a lot of veggies I normally wouldn't otherwise get, although I still eat vegetables throughout the day usually.
Before bed - L-argenine
