Why do you need this garbage? Just eat a lot of protein.

The top-rated one on your list gives 24.7 grams of protein per serving. There's plenty of "convenient" alternatives that offer close to that are still real food. For instance, this Epic Bar has 15g of protein. Hard to think of anything more convenient.

I've always loved TrueNutrition TeamSkip chocolate flavor. They have a Salted Caramel I'm going to try when I run out.

So the goal is 16 servings per DAY of these mixes? That's what the OP is after? Also, what do you mean by "going crazy on fats"? What's wrong with fat?

Yeah, and what's the price on that vs 15g protein from whey? The Cytosport Whey I get at Costco is 40 bucks for 6 pounds, which is something like 90 servings with 27g protein per serving.. Whey is much cheaper, is still food, much easier to digest, and still extremely convenient.

No you don't get it all from powder. When bulking I eat a lbs of extra lean grass fed ground beef, lbs of steak and about a dozen eggs. Rest of protein is from powders. Nothing wrong with fats at all, they are amazing for you, but there is still caloric restrictions. If I aim to gain only a pound or maybe 1.5lbs per week and I eat 400g on my three or four lift days, along with starchy carbs those days, I can only have so much from fat.

To those asking if I am eating 400+ a day, not right now as I am in the middle of a cut and my cals are too low to eat that much. But still at 300.

Syntha 6 is easily the best tasting brand I've ever had. I think they have a little more calories and sugar though, but I need something good and their stuff is the best.

I'm always skeptical that food reduced to powder is still "food", but I agree it's better than most of the crap like Muscle Milk.

1 banana, 5 oz plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup Fairfield choc milk, & ice. Adjust to your liking. Screw protein powder. Roughly 400 calories, 30 grams protein, 4-5 grams fiber, and other good shite too.

The rule is .7-1g of protein for every pound you way. So do you not follow that or are you just really big?
