What is everyone currently putting in their shakes/smoothies?

Doing keto and I’ve been making a shake I split between breakfast and lunch.Two scoops ON chocolate whey,2 tablespoons hemp hearts, 2 servings frozen avocado chunks, a large handful of baby spinach 2 cups pea/cashew/almond milk and several dashes of cinnamon. About 870 calories, 80 grams protein and 50 grams of fat. Pretty tasty.

Egg white protein with almond milk, chocolate whey with water.

Nothing. One scoop Mark Bell Steak Shake. One scoop Earth fed muscle Whey Isolate. Mix with Water. Comes out to 50 grams of Protein and 240 calories.

My daily protein shake is:
6 oz unsweet almond milk
1/2 whole milk plain yogurt
2 scoops Promix chocolate whey isolate
2 scoops creatine
Ice

265 cal
35g protein
15 carbs

Sometimes I will add a frozen banana and less ice for more taste/creaminess

My daily cold brew smoothie:

12 oz cold brew
4 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 scoop PB powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup no fat Greek yogurt
