Probably a tie between squats and deads now. Always been pretty strong on both. In my early lifting days, it was flat bench. I used to be really strong on it but after having some upper back issues that pretty well wiped all of my strength out for almost a year, I pretty well gave it up.

Distance running, not the sexiest exercise

It’s always come easily though. I’ve ran half-marathons in 1:37 at 185 pounds with limited training and have a resting heart rate in the 40s

used to be squats, but now that I'm older, it's deadlifts

I'm not fast by any means even though I used to be but, I think I'm a pretty good runner for an old guy.

Flat bench before I tore a pec. Was pushing 335 at 160 lbs senior year of high school. Can’t bench for shite now as the scar tissue built up. Lots of push ups and HIIT nowadays.

I like to convince myself that I have above average strength, but that's only because I've been lifting weights for 25 years. Truthfully, my natural strength is probably below average.

I've always been pretty good at most of the traditional sports because I had very good hand-eye coordination and foot quickness. Of course, that could just be from playing a lot of sports as a kid and not necessarily natural. Maybe I do not have any natural talents in this area.
