What do you do after you’ve had a bad workout?

Had an absolutely dog shite workout today. Just didn’t have any fire, couldn’t motivate.
What’s your go to after you’ve had a day like this?

Shake it off, sleep, reset.
I missed the whole session tonight because of someone else being inconsiderate, and I am in the most foul mood as a result. Hopefully sleeping takes care of that, if not I’m gonna be a real bitch to deal with tomorrow.

The only bad workout is the one you dont do. Or, at least, that's what the poster at the gym at my office keeps telling me

Chalk it up to the game. It happens.

I only have a bad workout when the gym gets too crowded...which is why I spent money on equipment to workout at home. I am a bulk/size guy. I need weights but I do a lot of heavy superset. I never have a good workout when I have to wait on multiple machines.

Do my regular recovery stuff. Relax, read a book, get a good night's sleep. Lift tomorrow like it didn't happen.
It's a long journey. A single bad day is nothing in the long run.

Largely this. If I'm not feeling it during a session I'll abort it halfway through and just do some stretching, mobility, and cardio work. I'll drink up, eat a big dinner, and hit the sack early.

On days like that, I generally just listen to my body and do what it feels like doing.
There are days where I just absolutely do not feel like lifting heavy and I'll just go for a run, or play basketball, or something that I consider fun.
Plenty of times I've went to the gym and a quarter through my workout quit and went to the basketball court.
