I've been going for a year and a half now and it's a legit workout. Went the first time because my GF convinced me to go. I loved it. Signed up and have seen great results from doing it.

I have a regimen now of 30-45 min of heavier lifting on my lunch break at Anytime and doing OTF 2 times a week.

Last summer I was going 4+ times a week and felt great

Is it one monthly fee no matter how often you go or do they have different levels?

Different levels

I believe they have options of:

- Pay per class
- 4 classes per month
- 8 classes per month
- unlimited classes

How much? they don’t post prices online, forcing you into their “free” introductory class so they can use high pressure sales tactics.

Depends on the location. In BR it's around 170 a month for unlimited. My wife did that for awhile but she said the class is entirely dependant on the coach. The coach can ruin the class and didn't like any of them anymore as they played terrible music and the workouts got very weak.

Awesome workout. I go to the 5AM class 4 times a week and snag a weekend class here or there.Been doing it for a little over a year now. Ran a 6:32 mile in our last mile benchmark and 1.68 miles for the 12 minute run.

I pay $140 a month for unlimited. Go about 18 times a month so looking at like $7.50 a class.

Also there is a Subreddit on Redit for OTF and Aussies post the next days workout the night before for us so we know what we are getting outselves into

It's mainly for the really good equipment and the coaches. I think it's really expensive but it is likely for keeping the population down.

You could easily do this stuff at home if you had a treadmill, TRX straps, and rower.

How can you take the orange lights? I drive by one every day and it makes my eyes hurt just to see it from the outside.

Did it for about 7 months Nd loved the cardio/rowing aspect. The floor workouts suck though and since it’s literally half the class it wasn’t worth to continue to pay the money for it.

That being said it got my arse back into shape

Suburb of Houston and my wife pays ~$150/mo for unlimited. Got it during a promotion. I think non promotion is $170.

kballa6,

Does your wife like it?

My wife does something similar, (LINK / Inner Element Fitness) and loves it. They are going under due to management and she was looking for something to replace.

She has enjoyed the "fun" of it with music, gym friends, and the increase in core strength.

She is very fit and is worried about losing it because inner element pushes her very hard....45 min workout with stretching is average of 458 calories over the last two years..of course that number could be off but that is the "X" amount from her armband and goes from 350 to 575.

She gets 4 days a week most of the time if her last patient isn't late.

She can always go try it out when they open back up. First class is free.
