No, but here's the difference it makes: normally, without tadalafil, if I put on a condom and have sex, my erection quality is lower than if I'm not wearing one, and I feel desensitized. I think the lack of sensitivity is not just from the condom being there, I think it's also from the lower erection quality.

However, if I take tadalafil, I can put on a condom and have a 100% hard erection. It's a full strength boner that I could drive a nail with. So when I have sex, I'm sufficiently sensitive that I can finish in a reasonable amount of time.

I think part of the problem with condoms is that the 57 mm width condoms that are available in the US are too tight for the base of my penis and it has too much of a constrictive effect that ultimately diminishes erection quality. I was able to get some 64 mm and 69 mm width condoms from Germany (the company is called mysize) and that made a big difference, but I felt I still needed something to help me out when using condoms.

In case anyone else has problems with erections or delayed orgasms while using condoms, it might be the fit of the condoms you're using. Here's a good chart for condom sizes that are available in the US: LINK /

Notice that even the Trojan Magnum XL condoms are only 50 mm in width. That's one of the widest sizes you can get in the US, but you can get sizes up to 69 mm in width in Europe. And sadly the FDA has not approved any condoms of that size to be sold in the US, so you have to have someone ship them to you from Europe.

Magnum Thins are 57 mm so if you have a wide dick, consider trying those. If those still seem too narrow at the base, consider getting some from MySize (germany) or Theyfit (UK). They have sizing tools you can print off.
