Ultimate test of fitness: How will you do?

Last week I did a EMOM 3 reps at 315 for 12mins and then did a WOD with high reps at 225.

I wouldn't necessarily equate being strong to fitness. There are a lot of super strong guys in every gym who can barely run without gasping for air

315 was very easy. I did this with 405 3 weeks later. That one got difficult around the 20th minute. I had no problem finishing but I was pretty beat the next day.
