I'm injecting near the joint pain. Fairly easy. Using 31g needle.

When you say "near the pain in my elbow" are you just pinching the skin and injecting it there? I have been reading up on this and they say that injecting it near the site is ideal to relive the pain quickly while going into the stomach takes a few extra weeks. Also, if there are other issues in the body, going through the stomach will help those as well versus pinpointing the injection site.

I have issues with both elbows, one elbow has tennis/golfers elbow and the other just has tennis. I have been getting the PRP injection for 2 years (1 per year) and it's been helpful but it's still sore.

I'm thinking if I go into the stomach it can help with the elbows and then some other nagging issues like lower back. I'm OK taking a few weeks.

I can't answer this question yet. I will be going to classes at some point to get certified in peptides and this is definitely something I want to ask. Maybe near the joint also goes to the rest of your system. I'm using a 31G insulin needle, pretty much 1 inch away from where the pain is on my lateral anterior elbow in the muscle. I do work in the medical field and have alot of experience with injections. Would be curious if you start this in your belly or something the results.

Yes

My pain is located where the tendon attaches to the medial epicondyle. I will rub an alcohol pad over my elbow for 20 seconds, use a chip clip to pinch the skin in that area and then inject just above the medial epicondyle. I try to only insert about half of the needle because I am worried about hitting something in there. After the injection, I'll rub the area for a few seconds to spread the juices around. I have been doing this for a month now and it is working.

This is concerning. It sounds like you have knowledge of what you're doing and if you are concerned about potentially hitting something, then I would for sure hit something.

If I go this route, I think I would just inject into the stomach and would be ok with it taking a few weeks to reach the area. The only thing I can hit there is a Twinkie.

The half life of bpc 157 is pretty short and the liver and kidneys clear it from the body pretty quickly. Stomach acid breaks it down as well and bio availability of oral bpc157 is low. At least according to what I’ve seen.

I think for it to truly have a chance to work you need to inject near the affected area and dose pretty frequently.

I’m not an expert. Just looked into it to see if I wanted to try it.

This isn't entirely true; you can inject in the stomach and see results. I've cleared up very severe elbow tendonitis by injecting in the stomach. Same with knee issues.

How long did it take before it started kicking in? I read that injecting near the location of the issues would be pretty immediate (days) while going through the stomach takes several weeks. I do have other areas that have some pain, so i'm thinking going through the stomach will help alleviate pain throughout the body, albeit, would probably take more injections than if it were just one location.

Where did you get your peptide? Did you go locally to a health center or online?

Now this is purely anecdotal, but yes it took a couple of weeks to clear it up injecting in my stomach. My mother injected in her shoulder and she said she felt better in days. We both ordered from different online sources. I think Her's came from Quality Peptides and I ordered from Elite Research.

I had the same line of thought you have, wanted to treat multiple spots so I went in the stomach.

I get conflicting advice on injecting smaller doses daily versus larger doses 2-3x per week. Any thoughts?

Just completed a 60 day cycle. I have a torn labrum and a small tear in a tendon in my left shoulder. It has gotten minimally better, but it certainly hasn’t healed. This is a long term injury of a couple of years so that may be different.

Thanks for sharing. My elbow is about 50% better but doesn't seem to be going much farther. I'm lifting a bit heavier though. Maybe it can work on sprains but morning is healing that cartilage tear but surgery.

You're aware that the labrum can't repair itself right? There are a couple of threads here with people that tried to gut out tendon tears with cortisone shots, trying to rest it, etc., for extended periods of time (1.5 years in my case), with no positive results. The surgery isn't bad at all, but the MRI with contrast sure as hell is (injecting the contrast anyway).

Gave myself my first shot ever at almost 48. Running a 30 day cycle trying to get over SI issue after taking a tumble.

My elbow is steadily improving but I've taken a few days off to rest it from lifting also. Will go back tomorrow and see what happens.

Tried the 157/500 combination capsules when they first came out all over tiktok, did absolutely nothing for shoulder and elbow pain. Used them as directed for about a month. Assume the direct injection site vials are much more effective, but too pricey for me. Glad some of you have had success with it.

This. Got mine from a reputable supplement store but I think there are absorption issues with the capsules
