I'm 71, been on TRT for over 20 years. Been poking my thigh for almost the entire time, but doc just showed me results of a recent study that says the T gets in to your system faster (within hour) if you administer shot in fatty portion around belly button, like insulin and GLP-1 shots. Get a 25G (smaller) syringe and shake or roll the vial real good to allow it to pass thru the needle easier. Been doing the belly shots for about six weeks now, it really does make a difference.

you can use 27g or 29g even. heat the vial in hot water...just small amount, should not get to the top of the vial, draw with bigger needle and then switch to the little needle
keep amounts to 1/4 ml or 1/2ml at most and take shots more frequent
here is a good read on subq vs im for trt and the list the studies that he uses to come to these conclusions

I got nodules for a couple of weeks and then they stopped. So if you get them wait it out for a few weeks if they happen.

Not necessarily. It is recommended that you take finasteride, but I don't. The entire trip, including airfare, food, airport parking, etc,, cost me less than 5K. I should never need to go back.
