Y'all arguing about the little bumps in the middle of the bar?

That's what kettle bells are for. Center knurl is a waste. Bare steel Ohio bar ftw.

It's one of those things that I try to do at the gym every 3rd or 4th workout (when doing weight room stuff). I'm no expert but just try to follow some of the pictures on the wall showing various exercises. Feels like it helps the core and other areas.

Power bar is superior. Ohio bar is like "I'm going to Ohio, yay." Ohio power bar is like "I'm gonna do some powerful stuff in Ohio, hell yeah!"

...and it can frick you up if it’s a fresh, rough knurl for anyone doing cleans.

Bleeding all over the place while lifting isn’t efficient.

Pretty basic movement for anyone with an athletic back round. Look at a few YouTube videos and you can have it down in a few days

That’s close to what I try to do. I like to get at least one, hopefully two kettle bell circuit workouts in a week to try and replace need for cardio while still getting stronger.

I noticed after i first started using kettle bells that I could actually start doing pull ups again (I had gotten really out of shape). That sank home with me that it’s a great total body exercise, minus chest

My wife really likes the Skogg videos series for kb. I bought her the DVD series a couple years ago. She gets a helluva workout.

Her core is in its best shape at 38 years old. She looks even better now than when I met her at 25 and she gave me 3 babies over the last 10 years.

No pics, horn dogs.
