Thanks. I was avoiding cheese due to the carbs. I’ve been playing with the app and couldn’t get my carbs low enough. I’ll have it figured out in a week or so.
I lost 45 lbs 295 to 250 a few years ago and I didn’t know crap about diet other than keep the calories down and no beer during the week. I also ran 3 days, lifted 3-4 days, and would walk 3 days. It worked, but I would plateau every once in a while.
I’m thinking with this diet/ life style change, I can really do some damage and get under that 250 and stay there.

I used to but honestly now just cut it into 1tbsp blocks now and eat it straight. Sounds weird but you get used to it and it’s more efficient.

That’s understandable. Try goat cheese I believe it has the lowest carbs and also Brie.

I’m headed to the butcher today to stock up on on beef liver, kidney, and heart. Trying to incorporate some organ meats into my mainly muscle diet.

would love to but can't stand the taste. I do like taste of duck heart but cant buy it.

I’ve never really ventured outside of beef. I’m not a huge fan of poultry.

I'm using the free 2 week meal plan to get started on that DietDoctor.com website I asked about earlier. It's already had me cook a few meals that I would've never tried before. I ended up enjoying the hell out of them.

ive been doing high fat and keeping my carbs around 100-150gs for a while now. Some days ill have it under 50g.
going full on keto isn't sustainable for me
