Anyone else have this issue?
I suppose I have short arms; the top position frequently torques my balls or threatens to remove my dick.
Considering cupping up.

Nope. My thighs are big enough they keep them off.
I have knee sleeves that I use for my shins though.

One time I dropped a fairly heavy deadlift and it ride down my left shin. I thought I was going to pass out

Mine stay shredded but at least the form is good. The new bars with the indented grips are the worst and can rip into shins like a Stihl Chainsaw. That's why I wrap me knees and start way below the knee cap so at least it's just the lower shin that gets abused.

I don't get it so much with deadlifts, but if I don't hinge and explode properly on my pull, I'll hit my junk pretty good on cleans from time to time.

Ex officio sport mesh (not the regular give n go model) boxer briefs saved my life. Haven’t chafed once since wearing them.
