Did a 6:15am sports performance treadmill workout. Plus a bunch of pullups.

We played badminton for like 4 hours.
We also had an obstacle course that included a rock wall and rope climbs.

Row for calls instead of distance.
21 cals is like 22-23 pulls. Once you get that first cal you can usually get a cal every pull

Ran two miles this morning. Wasn’t enough to offset the food. Food was good though.
Best thanksgiving I’ve ever had was last year when I ran 12 miles before the parade started. Made gorging feel like a normal day.

My gym was open from 8 to 11. Had push day.. Did full routine then ran 2 miles. Probably would've evened out but I also went to Bearcat this morning and ate 1500 calories minimum.
