Real doctor told me they were basically made of sawdust. Also, have you had your T level checked to get a baseline?

I will not speak for hte board, but here is my Dr.'s (urologist) take. I have/had borderline low-t. I had testicular cancer 4 years ago. I wanted to get on the shots or pills or something. He said that if I do, it will decrease my body's natural output of T. He told me to lose weight, have sex, and lift weights. It will kick start the natural increase of T.

As I have been losing the weight and working out, I have noticed that I am getting stronger, clear headed, and want sex way more often. I am only a few weeks into the journey.

In short, don't take them.

I agree with Coach Chappy whole-heartedly, however if you MUST take something just get on some low dose real test. A doctor would put you on 200mg/week, you honestly don’t need more than 100mg/week. But all of the “testosterone booster”/pro hormones out there are bullshite and they’re dirty as frick, meaning they have a lot of stuff that is bad for you and almost none of the good stuff.

Waste of money.

Best things to do: lose weight if you're overweight, get more sleep, improve stress management, lift weights, have sex, don't be a vegan.

With supplements, zinc, magnesium, and Vitamin D can help, IF you are deficient in any of those.

Only one I believe in is Suma root. Also believe that eggs and oysters help increase test levels.

ETA: lifting weights helps the most.

This. With your legs. The bigger the muscle group the more T and HGH your body releases.

No sugar, and eat plenty good fat. Intermittent fasting also helps.

I also take zinc, magnesium, fenugreek, Vitamin D and Ashwaganda. My poor wife.
