Supplements for fat burning

Looking for any proven supplements, OTC or otherwise that people use, with results.
I have used performix sst, nugenix thermo, clembuterol, etc. have been out of the loop on products, so just looking for recommendations.
I am 40, workout daily, eat healthy, one cheat day per week. Just looking for a good booster.

Adjust your diet. Fat burning supps are a pile of shite that will frick you up more than help.

The only thing that works. Cheap and proven over the years. I use it every year to cut 25-35lbs. It works great for me in suppressing appetite and keeps me out the kitchen when I don't need to be.

You are 40, I would rather take TREN than take Clenbuterol. at your age I would not take Bronkaid either and definitely stay away from DNP. No, Bronkaid is just not too effective, I have used all of them. Clen in your 20’s is much safer than taking it in your 40’s (age of OP). Clenbuterol (Spiropent was the brand I used)will wreak havoc on your heart.

Supposedly ECA stack increases NEAT by 5-10%. Nothing earth shattering but it adds up. I’d say that plus it’s appetite suppression makes it pretty effective. And you can conveniently get it from Walgreens for less than $20/month

Just didn’t do jack for me. Of course I have used about everything including tren t3 and t4. Old school Ma Huang was effective but made me want to rip everyone’s head off. Hell, give Brinkaod a shot. I did a nine week PSMF on it.

There is anecdotal research that Conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) helps with weight loss and promotes fat burning. It's found naturally in food sources and you can buy OTC supplments.

Some tout olive oil concoctions to cut hunger. Like a tablespoon in the morning along with some lemon juice, cayenne pepper and honey for one.

The most basic approach to weight loss is burning more calories than you consume though. I use an app called Lose It to track calories and exercise. There are others. Helps you visualize your day like a bank account. Weight training helps speed up and maintain a higher metabolism. Strength training helps you build muscle, which will replace body fat. Plain old walking each day is probably one of the best exercises for burning calories.
