I usually take it twice before lunch while skipping breakfast and then work out in the evening. Not something I would want to take before doing cardio or intense leg workout though.

I also took yohimbine + caffeine last summer while trying to lose the last bit of fat. With it, you want to 1) be pretty low body fat already 2) take while fasted (insulin spike negates the effectiveness) 3) do steady state cardio like walking

Anyone remember this shite? It worked.

I never heard that one. It was always that it caused heart issues because people were taking way too much of it.
