Have your T levels and thyroid checked. If either are out of whack you will just be spinning your wheels trying to exercise and have success.

This may or may not have an impact on that, but it's always been my practice with moda and I believe it works, however: A) I've never NOT done this, so I have nothing to compare it to, and B) I've only taken moda for 3 months(so maybe things change, but not so far...)
It was recommended to me that I take it same time every day, with very little wiggle room, no matter what!
So I take it between 1700-1730 every day without fail. Usually I get up at that time, but if I feel like sleeping in, it's no problem, wake up, take the pill, then I fall right back to sleep if I want to.
I keep these modafinil in my nightstand so it's easy to take it right on time, and I think that is why when my bedtime (0830-0930) comes around, I fall asleep easier than I used to and I have less waking up in the middle of the night. Not everyone reports that kind of experience with it however, we're all different.

Yeah I was one of the unlucky ones. I have a pile of moda but I very rarely use it because of the shitty sleep. I keep it for those days after working 20hr shifts and I’m in a bind.

Anyone know of a good TRT doctor around Lafayette? I'm meeting with my regular doctor today but I have a feeling he's going to want to do monthly or biweekly shots, which is a no-go based on all the research I've done. If he does recommend that, I'm going to go elsewhere for this. Hormone therapy is not something I want to experiment with due to so many side effects if it's done incorrectly.

You can check out gameday on Kaliste.

Yessir. Buddy of mine goes and was pleased. You could always get the script from your Doc and manage it yourself too… if he gives you enough. Once you get diagnosed, it’s not hard to do at all.
Or go with gameday for a few months, get yourself dialed in, and go from there.

I take a methalyne blue + lion's mane extract (both mixed in a canned flavored green tea drink i have in the morning) + creatine HCL and "NAD+" patches.
The lion's mane is the one I suspect is least effective as a nootropic, but they're all nootropics. This cocktail has made actual, real effect in the way i am thinking and processing things. I have never been fast to sentimentality. but recently i have noticed my dialog with people being sincerely engaged in a way that feels unfamiliar, if somewhat of a childhood/childlike mindset. it is akin to having more of a connection with a more youthful way of thinking, in a very good way. like it has begun to remove some of the proverbial mental plaque that comes along with being in your mid 40's, b/c the world wears on you. i find myself more emotionally engaged with people.
I was well over half of the way through with the MB and lion's mane before i decided to be fully consistent with them. i was not going to repurchase either of them. now i have already repurchased MB, and i am going to experimentally let the lion's mane dry up for a while before I repurchase it to see if I notice any drop off.
the creatine i take for my HIT. NAD+ patches i just begun, and take for the same purpose as the MB, which is cellular repair.
Not all supplements are equal, but these are truly the real deal. I only stick with what I have personally experienced non-placebo effects with. And for reference, the only other thing i take at all is fish oil (and one for my eye health b/c doc said to called AREDS2).
I don't know that any of this would be detectable in your 20's except the creatine. but i'd swear with my hand on the bible that i have had clinically measurable changes in my brain chemistry from the above. i do believe many are not as in-tune as i may be, and for that reason they may not notice anything. so, in the end, your sensitivity and mental acuity will matter in terms of whether or not the cost of these supplements will be worth it to you and that's gonna vary person to person.
lastly:
the human animal doesn't find these in such concentrated forms in the wild, so i always go OFF of supplements, and cycle in and out because it seems to make a lot of natural sense to me to not stay on ANY substance for too long without letting the body reset.

These simple steps greatly helped me per the board recommendations to others.
10k steps every day.
Eating only real food and NO process sugar and foods
This has helped me the most.

Got on the treadmill at home yesterday for 30 minutes and did a fast walk. It's a start. Just have to consistently do that.

B-12 is good now. It was low several months ago but have gotten that back up to normal levels with shots and now a daily pill. Thought maybe that was the issue, but it wasn't.

My T is at the low end of normal and asked my Dr yesterday about TRT and was told no since it is still in the normal range. He is putting me in a referral to see an endo doctor.

Actually, after you posted this, I went back and verified, and it was 605 back in February so my level wasn't bad at all.

I’ll call you a pharma simp wherever you’d like me to and you won’t do anything but whine about it like you are here.
You got artificial T like a teenage going through puberty and still act like a woman. Tough scene
