Been on the verge of quiting the board mutiple times lately because of this and the Hardline keto guys.
I’ll start a thread called HARDCORE LIFTERS ONLY and ignore retards who think 30 min full body workouts 3x per week are awesome.

i guess i've missed this. i see more big people who think they're skinny.
"hardline keto" should be becoming an obsolete concept IMO, as we learn more about biopathways, metabolism, sleep, time-restricted eating, cortisol, micronutrients, etc. Things are highly customizable, and (relatedly) there are many many factors involved in health, longevity and health-span.
There are numerous ways and reasons to create and utilize ketones, and the more we have of the "big picture" re: human nutrition and health generally the less monolithic and dogmatic diet conversations should become.
Example: This recent GSU study it sneakily doesn't include "ketone" (or the name of the compound) in its title:

Molecule produced during fasting has anti-aging effect on vascular system

I think he means the people who go a little overboard and think that someone 6' tall and 175 looks like an aids patient and that you need to be 230 to look healthy (exaggerating of course, but that's kind of the point)
