Weighed this morning around 190.5lbs.
I had a huge swing from the previous night. Same scale read 197lbs. I worked out late last night, had some PWO, and pissed all night long. It’ll bounce back up to 193-194, but I expect to settle in around 187-188 on Saturday.
Headed to Key West in about 12 days and will evaluate what I want to do when I get back.

Currently down 10lbs to 190 and that was after I had a 10-12 day window of missing a lot of meal times due to work travel and nearly a week in Key West.
Another 5-10 to go before switching to a lean mass gain, which should easily be in the next 4 weeks or so.
Strength is about where it was 5 weeks ago, but I'm still battling this hip/IT issue that has limited lower body work. Visting a chiro today to see if she can help resolve it. I can feel something in my hip popping if I rotate the left leg in wide circles.

Can you summarize this diet?
I want to try something new. I don’t like eating my last bite at 4:30 PM

High protein
Macro counting, no attention to calories
Eating on a schedule rather than by hunger cues
Meal portions based around workout

Macro and timing based diet- High protein, carbs are timed, fat is lowish and timed.
Essentially think traditional bodybuilding diet but using science to time nutrients.
It's the best diet overall for performance and aesthetics, but doesn't fit most peoples lifestyle and is hard as shite.
Gonna have to prep weekly to make it work correctly.

I’ve been prepping every Sunday.
Egg whites
Bacon
Chicken
Green Beans, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli
Hummus, Avocados, Nuts
Whole Grain Bread
Fresh Fruit
Protein Shakes
Pretty much what I’ve been eating these last 5 weeks.

hmm that's pretty much what ive been eating if you take out the bacon, hummus, and avocado and add turkey, beef jerky, rice, and weekend alcohol. Maybe I should give it a shot

I use the bacon to hit the fat macro in the morning. Hummus, avocados and nuts to help hit those fat macros in other meals.
I've been eating a shitload of fresh fruit and whole grain bread to hit the carb macros.
Today for lunch, I have 2 peaches and 2 granny smith apples to go with my smoked chicken and green beans.

how many grams of each are you eating

The daily macros in this current fat loss phase are 195g protein, 70g fat and 260g carbs.
The app requires at least 2 weigh-ins every week on non-concurrent days. It requires this to adjust macros as needed. I weigh-in MWF.

I heard about this app, but I didn't try it yet. As far as I know, there are many similar apps on the internet which you can download absolutely for free. Also, I suggest you buy a smart tracker watch and a smart scale to have better results.
I have all of that.

Kudos to you, I couldn’t handle these macros.
Could never eat enough lean meat to get the protein that high and fat so low.
That’s a ton of carbs to eat without any butter.
