It doesn't look like they do that for open workouts. The place I go to doesn't differentiate the calories for M and W, is why I asked.

Did a set of 3 at 235. Felt good, so no complaints. Up from there for sure

Today’s workout sucked.
I was stuck on the assault bike for the 3 rounds because we were out of rowers.
Going from wallballs into cals on the assault bike sucks.

Ouch.
On the other hand, I enjoyed it. I had to share my rower since we didn't have enough rowers. I did it in 9:17, with having to wait on my rower at times.
I used a 14lb ball, I probably can move up to 20 on a WOD like that. The last round of wall balls was hard but I wasn't tempted to stop or slow down so I think I could've done 20lb. The 20cal rows gassed me, and I'm just starting to get the hang of kipping so my grip strength was finished by the end. 2 reps, drop, 2 reps, drop, etc

oooo i like that. Rowing and OHS are strengths of mine. I do hate burpees, tho. Seems like a fun workout to try regardless.
Kinda off topic, but do any of you guys take anything for energy? I do take amino energy or a pre workout. But for around the last week or so my energy is shot. I really don't know what the hell is going on. Causing some migraines as well.

My first round was 2:30 but the assault bike sucked in rounds 2 and 3.
The Force PWO on the shelf at Geaux is designed for CrossFit. While it does have some caffeine, it isn’t loaded with it like a traditional PWO.

I'm having some knee aches and feeling beat up from saturday + monday WODs, and only slept about 3 hours last night so I'm taking today off. Looking forward to the lighter, stretching/romwod recovery day Thursday.
