I love long workouts, it is an equalizer for me. I have been doing about 200 workouts a year for 4 and a half years, if I have learned nothing, I have learned to pace a little bit.

My prediction is they have dumbbell snatches and burpee box jump overs again as 18.1

Which was pretty agonizing last year for me as 17.1

That’s the 1st workout of the 2018 open. 2nd workout would be 18.2 and so on.

I’ve been slacking on legs for a while. I don’t skip leg day, but my intensity is not where it was a year ago.

315x5 on back squat before I start fading, and 285-295x5 on front squat. Bench is still close to where I’ve been lately: 275-285x6.

My garage now is available so I’ll start lifting regularly in the morning or evening.

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back Squat
Thursday: Front Squat
Friday: Deadlift/Oly accessory work.

What's your "max" squat? I know most people don't really max out anymore.

It probably dropped to 355-365 from 405. The last time I worked up to a heavy single was about 6 weeks ago at 355.

Not having a squat rack at Stennis Space Center (March through July last year) derailed my leg days.

1100 raw total at 194.

I'm excited for the new GCF location. It'll be sweet to be able to do some work in the separate room. I really want to practice cleans and snatches, and work on my front rack.

Those are awesome numbers. My squat and DL are similar but I don’t think I could bench 225. CrossFit life did me in.

My bench has went way up since I started CF.

But my gym seems to do a lot more bench than others.

I just don't know how many people are going to make it to OH squats on those first 2 rounds

and yes, women almost always have lesser calories on row and bike
