Had 5x5 OHS today....haven’t hit OHS over 95lbs in almost a year due to nursing a shoulder. Got 195# for last two sets....yes it’s a brag post and no it’s not that heavy but I was pretty pumped. Last time I tested 1RM OHS it was 245 so I don’t feel like I’ve lost that much after taking so long off

Today was 15.4. I did the scaled version, which was:

10x115 clean
Last two rounds I was doing singles in the cleans and 3-4 reps on push press. I got 77. shite hurt. Form fell apart and killed my wrists

I used to be pretty strict about not looking ahead at the workouts. I didn't want to know. I got better at it and started looking them up. Looking at today has me really wanting to skip.
