a select group of amino acid chains that can illicit certain responses or adaptations in the body
peptide is a broad term that covers something from human growth hormone to GLP1 type medicines.
lmk which specifically you are asking about and I may be able to help

A peptide is anything you can shoot in your veins that make life better.

peptides are pretty useful really...
they're great because they help fat people lose weight so that they can continue eating poorly and not get fat again

Do you want to lose weight, lower your a1c, improve your lipid panel, improve sleep, get tan, heal faster, increase energy, gain muscle, etc? Theres a peptide for that. Do they all work? Some probably don’t but others are extremely legit.

Since these threads always result in the same questions, lol:
Where to get:
You can some of them from a pharmacy or compounding pharmacy, and they come ready to use. Or, you can buy them online through the "grey market" and mix them yourself. Latter is more risky, but, from following some peptide threads on here, people have used lioncore, rasa research, and evidentpeptides.com

I’ve taken tirzepetide for weight loss, NAD+ for energy boost, and BPC/TB for healing muscle strain.
What else would you recommend that you’ve taken personally and for what reasons?

I guess it really depends on what you want to achieve. Over the years, I have used Reta, NAD, MOTS, ss31, GHK, and tesamorelin. The NAD/ss31/MOTS was a noticeable energy increase on lifting days. Reta is the real deal (so is Tirz if you prefer that). With the GHK, I’m up in the air about if my skin looks any different, but I have less balding and I haven’t had any of my normal tendinitis flare ups that I get pretty often. I didn’t notice much with tesamorelin besides I slept like a baby.
Personally, I try not to take too many at one time just so I can pin point if it’s actually working. I’m curious about CJC/ipa to see if it can add more lean mass. At this point, I’ve had such great results with the ones that I have used that I wouldn’t hesitate to try any of the other ones.

Any peptides for arthritis pain in hips? Why do you take the stack that you take since you sound like someone that workouts and eats clean?

Look into BPC/TB500 and cartalax. I have no personal experience with these but there are so many ancedotal reports about BPC/TB500 that it has to be more than a placebo effect. Besides GLP’s, I don’t think any peptide is a miracle injection that will fix issues right away. I think combined with proper diet/exercise/life style modifications the peptides work extremely well.
