Any kind of wrap. My Mom gets a kick out of seeing them knowing how big they were in the 70s.

I'd say protein intake is as well. Almost anyone and everyone who has or does exercise regularly is drinking shakes.

The ppl that actually need it are far and few between.

Crossfit isn't a scam bc those workouts have been used by special operations way before it was called crossfit

No one at a Crossfit gym pushes a Keto diet. Your workouts would be extremely lethargic.

Rocket, you realize there are quite a few new studies showing the more protein, the faster rate of muscle growth right? Daunte trudal was talking about them the other day and posting them. Also your boy martin berkham is recommending very high protein now.

As far as Keto goes...it's not really a scam in itself as it has benifits, the scam lies in the whole eat as much as you want mantra that is horseshite. It does help with hunger and causes slightly more thermogenesis but not enough to worry about.

There are plenty of much bigger scams. For overall nutrition/health low fat diets are a much bigger scam but the biggest scam in general is the food pyramid and the AMA in general. Complete quacks living in the 80s nutrition and health wise. Also the whole breakfast is the most important meal of the day is way bigger than Keto.

Single Greatest Fitness/Diet/Nutrition Scam in Your Opinion

Keto diet (no carb
Have a downvote - both for trolling so poorly and for leaving out the only answer. Very clearly, the biggest scam in the history of human nutrition is the low-fat craze of the past 50 years. It's an experiment (based on no science) that has ruined the health of large swaths of the globe's population.

I would also add that the low fat craze was built around our corn-based agricultural system and has contributed to large amounts of high fructose corn syrup and an over abundance of Omega 6's in our diets.

Fueled by that scam of an entity called the American Heart Association.

Those bastards are even going after coconut oil now.

It's truly despicable. However, this time, it does appear that there is a desperate note to it. The level of instant, credible debunkers is at an all-time high, and many Americans are attuned to the bullshite element.
