Injured my shoulder about 2 weeks ago, and I've been out ever since. Not serious pain but some big discomfort. Hasn't gotten much better over time. I want to give it time before going to see doctor, any of ya'll had injuries that took a month or so to heal on its own.

Yes. Old shoulder injury from bench press. I gave it about 6 weeks and did legs and cardio. That was the worst part. But it got better on its own.

If it hasn’t made any progress in 4-6 weeks you need to see a doctor.

Thank you for your input. I've had a knee and chest injury before that lasted a month, so I figured I'd wait a month for this shoulder.

I’d go to PT before seeing an orthopedist. Surgeons like to do surgery, so unless you can’t do pt due to pain then start there and if it doesn’t get better…..

My shoulder has been in pain for about 6 months. I’ve been to PT but it didn’t really help. All my strength is there so I don’t think anything is torn. I’m about to look into the BPC 157.

I thought it didn’t really work unless injected at the site. What was your injury? How long did it take to heal? How much did you take?

If you have a significant injury, like a torn rotator cuff, a chiropractor can't do anything but make it worse.

I’ve only had one or two injuries in the weight room and both took about 4-6 weeks to heal. Even then I had to go super light for a while. Not worth the tear that will come if you don’t back off.

how did you hurt it? what is your RoM like? have you seen an ortho?

i hurt my shoulder playing hockey and tried to work through it with light weights but eventually needed a cortisone shot to get it to calm down.

Shoulder press, but being the idiot I am, I just continued through an entire workout with a bum shoulder. I'm feeling slight improvement so I think I'll be okay.

BPC is sytematic. best to just inject Subq in stomach. not a lot of evidence to support site injection as once thought.

So do you think the oral is the same as the injection? Should I get them from Peptide Science? Also, should it be stacked with TB 500? Thanks, baw

i do not think the absorbtion rates are close to the same. If you are having a shoulder issue I suggest 2 things

#1- a rehab progam, i think crossover symmetry prolly has the best main stream program. needs to focus on building the scap and hip mobility

#2 bpc157 with tb500 injected subq. as far as where to get it, i havent checked reddit lately but usually PS is the highest rated.

Been doing this for months.

May just do the BPC 157. Tb500 making me a little nervous after reading conflicting research on cancer cells.
