They are apparently becoming more prevalent in younger people. My doc believes there’s a connection to the Covid vaccine. I’m only 35 and got diagnosed today. Anyone else notice this happening? My doc also said he saw a 22 year old a couple weeks ago with it all over his back. It’s supposed to be really rare under 50.

I've had them 5 or 6 times. I'm 37. First time I've had them was when I was about 22. Mine are caused by stress. After hurricane Laura, which destroyed my house, I had them three times in two months. I did not get the fake Covid vaccine.

Probably caused by carbohydrates or eating 3+ meals a day

Buddy of mine got them last Summer. He was really stressed out with his job and said this is probably what did it.

30's also and yes mine happened weeks after my second vaccine. People who I've talked to agreed.

Had a mild case a couple years ago. Was 32 at the time. Thought it was poison ivy at first.

I had shingles when I was around 10. Fun fact

People usually get ill on a Friday after work when their doctors are off (?). My very good medical friend told me on initial shingles diagnosis (in the first 24ish hours) to get a vitamin C IV. Suppose to knock it out. It's usually difficult to obtain through ER. I'M NOT a doctor. Just info that may be helpful for the next time? Hope you heal quickly.

I got Shingles around the age of 30 and was going through some work stress. I told the Doc I never had chicken pox, they ran some tests, and apparently I did at some point.

I got the 2nd dose of vaccine and, not only did it kick my arse, shingles broke out on my arm 3 days later. I felt the nerve tingle on the second day and shingles showed up on the third.
I TOTALLY contribute my case to the vaccine.
