Serious question about sexual health and having children

I admit that I have sometimes had trouble ejaculating during sex. It feels good, but for some reason I have trouble finishing. This is a condition known as “delayed ejaculation”. It’s the opposite problem of premature ejaculation that some men have.
I’ve been seeing a psychologist about it and going through talk therapy with him. I think the problem is improving, but I’m still worried.
My main concern is whether or not men with this problem can have children. My fiancée and I definitely want children, and so don’t want this to derail our relationship.
Have some of you guys struggled with this? Are people with this problem still able to have children? Are there other good ways to successfully introduce sperm into the vagina and produce a pregnancy?

In Sex Ed they told me I could get a girl pregnant just from "heavy petting." If true then I'm sure you have a shot.
Did you develop this problem over time from watching too much crazy porn? Cutting that out might help. Do you find your wife attractive? Maybe try to carefully get her to go to the gym with you?

I've experienced something similar a few times. In my case, I think it was just too much shite going on in my head. Then after it happens once, you're in your head even more worrying about a recurrence.

Are you on any kind of SSRI medications? Those are notorious for anorgasmia (difficulty or not being able to get off) problems.

if on any medications like ssri, blood pressure etc...talk to the doctor about getting off
