he was obviously in the clouds on Opiates it seemed; can't blame him.
Yeah, I'd imagine the dude is in a ton of constant pain. He has a friggin cage around his spine to keep it in place

I lost it and think Joe lost it when he said he’s only seen 1 doctor for all these surgeries. Never got a second opinion or anything.
W.T.F. Man I felt bad for him.

Hopefully Joe gets him in touch with his stem cell doctor, and it eventually helps Ronnie out with his mobility. Hate to see someone who was once a machine be broken down to using a wheel chair and crutches.

We can even back up from there, Ronnie is from Bastrop.
I actually got to watch him train at Moore's in Monroe on numerous occasions during his Olympia years. He was an absolute beast back then. I would say he is the strongest human I have ever seen lift in person but that would be a lie since I used to train with Tiny Meeker and he is one of the strongest benchers on the planet.

Uh, I would think even Grambling explains how numbers work.

I really didn’t enjoy this podcast. I’m sure RC is very friendly but man he came across dumb. I hate to put it that way bc he’s kind of a hero of mine. To listen to other bodybuilders that are at that level is totally different. Do y’all think that RC relied on his coaches a lot more than others that he competed against? It almost sounds like he just winged everything and I know that’s not the case.

I don't think he had coaches. The dude trained about as old school as you could get. He was just a genetic freak that was on a mega shite ton of gear, HGH, and insulin. Maybe he had coaches that told helped him with his gear intake. When you squat 800 and do chest workouts with 200+ lb db's, you don't really need coaching.

Yup. He obviously had good genes and was insanely strong. He deadlifted 800x2 a few weeks out from the Olympia.
He claims he was still natural at this point and given how his physique exploded when he admittedly took gear, he migh be telling the truth. If this is him natural, it's incredible.

Funny since Ronnie's degree is in Accounting.
