I'm thinking about adding it to the regimen and I know of X3 and Gorilla Bow, but they're too damn expensive for were the are.

What are your thoughts, exercises, etc for using bands.

Resistance is resistance right? Build muscle? They promote bands as being better due to the range of resistance, less injuries, etc.

I have a set of the mixed Rogue bands

I mostly use them for warming up, but resistance is resistance and you can get a good pump from them, so

Yeah they are great for making squats, shoulder presses, push-ups, and dips more difficult

Don’t buy cheap ones -if they snap in the middle of a bicep curl and it hits you in the face - it hurts

There's infinite variety they can introduce to otherwise mundane/"easy" sets. Go for it.

X3 and don't look back. The bands themselves make a big difference. Super heavy duty quality throughout. Combined with the bar and the stand great system.

In addition to adding them on traditional lifts, there are certain movements where bands are wayyyy better.

Triceps push downs
Face pulls
Band pull aparts
Good Mornings
Hamstring curls

Band-assisted stretches are amazing (KStar original mobility wod used a lot)
