That's my problem. I just can't find a way to eat that much protein a day.
Few can. I myself am not eating that much protein a day. Shakes are a great way of hitting your protein goals. They’re only supposed to supplement where you miss but I down them all day. Shakes are better than not hitting your goals.
Fairlife is my brand of choice. 30g and 42g options.
Many choose whey protein powder.

I go way over on protein daily but can never get carbs. There just aren't that many high carb foods unless you eat junk.
A typical day for me:
Breakfast burrito (4 eggs, ground turkey, spinach) with some fruit when I get to work
Pot roast for lunch (beef chuck with some carrots in the crock pot, with rice and gravy)
2 baked potatoes in the afternoon right before leaving work
Dinner is usually some sort of meat (chicken, beef, or pork) with rice and sautéed vegetables
If I throw in a protein shake I'll be around 300g of protein

I just starve myself
I eat like a can of tuna fish a day and I don’t have a 6 pack yet
Should I eat more protein or something

I laugh at some of your stuff and want to punch your face on others.

Bro I’m not kidding
I eat like a can of tuna or two and like a pound of ground beef a day and that’s it

Careful. You can get mercury poisoning from that.

You should look into fasting to kick start your weight loss journey. Stick to whole foods only. Stick to the outer rim of the grocery store, not much worthwhile to be found in the center. Eliminate breads. Eliminate added sugars. Eliminate drinks and stick to water. You'll be down 30 in 3 months

This has been debunked so many times
RP diet actually has you eating like an before bed with one of your higher fat meals
I was crushing steak and then going to sleep, all while leaning out.

This is the damn troof. I dropped about 30lbs with similar size to you. I was 209 and now I’m 180. My BF is about 13% now.
Impressive. Just the highlights is what I'm asking - what's your general workout routine?

Yeah seconded what the guy a few posts said above. I mean no offense, but this is wrong. Eat within your macros whenever you want.

Eating before bed gives me indigestion and weird dreams and insomnia. Everytime. It might not be unhealthy from a physical fat storage perspective but it definitely effects my mental health. JMO.
I also stopped eating before bed because I tend to crave junk at night so it helped curb those cravings.

Same thing here. Went from 215 to 180 and greatly reshaped. I lift 4-5x a week plus mobility and do minimal cardio.
The weight loss was entirely owed to counting calories and paying attention to macros. I cut out a bunch of excess calories to get into deficit. I started drinking only water and started being cognizant of how many calories fat content was adding to my diet.

So, I try to walk or run in the morning then I do CrossFit once a day. I usually hit about 1,000 active calories on my Apple Watch daily. I know it’s not accurate but it keeps me moving.
